RETURNS

PREMISE: You are purchasing VINTAGE, so the conditions are unlikely to be "NEW" and the objects will most likely have defects (we will be happy to point them out in the descriptions), but we see a defect in a vintage item as an added value. CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE GARMENTS CAREFULLY. For any doubt we are available to send further measurements.

You can return any item within 14 days from the date of purchase if it does not correspond to the description of the item (therefore if it has defects/stains/holes not communicated at the time of sale) or due to our error in measurement. We do not offer returns for sizes incorrectly measured by the customer, we provide the measurements in the product descriptions and we are available for any doubts.

To return one or more items, simply contact us at depotarchive@gmail.com and we will send you the return form and contact the courier who will come to the address you have chosen to collect the product.

THE COST OF RETURN IS TO BE PAID BY THE BUYER.

Please note:

• the objects must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, therefore they must not have been worn, washed or stained (ignoring any defects already present and communicated in the product sheet) and any labels must not be removed.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the points above are not respected.

The refund will be issued upon return and after the product has been checked.

NOTE that refunds on PayPal are immediate, while for credit card refunds the times are those agreed with the card issuing company.
